The Company
MMS Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1984 to provide services initially
designing and installing Management Information Systems (MIS). These
evolved into what is generally called ERP's these days.
Consulting Sevices were provided to many organisations including State Government, Local Councils and Private Enterprise,
bot Australia and Overseas.
Software also has been developed, usually for specific purposes and
specific clients.
Management Software developed often involved writing programs that
utilised pre-existing enterprise software as a base, with enterprise
specific additions, that did not disturb the base, to achieve
objectives.
In 1987/1988 the Master Data System was developed, a forerunner to what
today is referred to as CRM.
The focus in more recent years has been on the Descendantsee® Project.
