Association Management

This element of the program suite was originally designed for the management of an association.

It has the ability to not only link data (names, addresses, contact details, preferences, membership status) but also record similar information for contact with non members.

This information is not visible to the public, and can only be accessed by authorised person.

The general protocol for obtaining someone's contact details would be for the enquirer asking an authorised person to seek permission from the member to divulge their details.
